Unbonded Flexible pipe



    Unbonded Flexible pipe is a special and continuous flexible composite pipe with multi-layers. Its inner layer is made by one or many high polymer materials, which has smooth inner surface and good hydrophilic property. Its middle layer is spiral wrapped steel tape with multi-layers outside the inner pipe, which provides radial and axial stress tolerance to the whole pipe. Its high polymer outer layer protects the whole pipe from the damage of external environment. The out layer and inner layer can slide relatively.
    The technical parameters of product can be designed, and section drawing analysis model is adopted to calculate pipe damage pressure, damage tension, damage torque, tensile strength, minimum bending radius, etc. Advanced finite element design method is adopted to optimize pipe structure design and provide a series of necessary products. The maximum working pressure of pipe can be designed to be 40MPa.



Corrosion resistance and long service life
 Apply to convey corrosive medium of acid, alkali, salt, etc. Service life is 30 years.

Light weight,high working pressure
 The pipeline is made of both polymers and steel tape and the highest working pressure can reach 40 MPa.

Continuous pipe, easy installation and convenient construction
Pipe with flexible and continuous features saves large amount of welding operations, ensures easy installation and construction, is not affected by foundation settlement and applies to the areas of low-lying, swamp, shallow sea, mountains, etc.

Electrical heating for block
When solidification pipe and frozen pipe occur, they can be solved through electrical heating by using special equipments, but the service life of pipe is not affected.

Easy detection and pipeline search
As steel pipe, the pipe is also detectable, which solves the pipeline search problem after burying the non-metal pipe.

    Steel end fittings are installed on the ends of pipe on each reel. According to the difference of medium, the material of end fitting can be stainless steel or carbon steel. Special equipment is adopted for inside and outside swaging, which achives 360° seal of end fitting and pipe. During installation, welding connection or flange connection is adopted for the end fittingconnection.



    According to requirements of customers, continuous thermal insulation can be achieved before the product leave factory. XLPE foam thermal insulation material and outer PE pressure resistance layer guarantee no water absorption and no permanent deformation for pipe burying



    Apply to oil, gas or water gathering and convey pipeline for land oilfield, high pressure water injection pipeline, polymer injection pipeline, heat washing pipeline, etc. Especially apply to convey medium with high sulfur, such as oil, gas, water, etc.



    Adopt special reel for storage and outer packaging film, which is easy for transportation and installation.
