The water contact angle 

　　The Double Closed-loop feedback Controlling System for Temperature and Pressure primarily monitors the pipe pressure. When the pressure is on the normal level, it will not operate any control on temperature and the energy dissipation is almost Zero. When the pipe pressure rises abnormally, the data collecting system will supervise the pipe temperature, adjust the pipe temperature to the limitation of preset range by the users. The whole process could be accomplished unattendedly, which is illustrated in Picture .

　　When the pipe pressure is on a rather high level, the system will be in intelligent heat tracing mode. When the pipe pressure is in the set range, the system will be in a standby sleep mode, in which the output power is low and the energy dissipation is small.
