Changchun Gaoxiang Special Pipe Co., Ltd. was established in 1999 with a registered capital of 91.73 million yuan.It is a high-tech enterprise which can provide continuous flexible compound pipeline products and technical services for petrochemical and other industrial fields. and also the first domestic company to manufacture continuous flexible composite pipes. It is mainly engaged in the research, development, and production of oil metal pipe non-metallurgy. There are two production bases in China.
GOLSUN ® pipe is designed with a multi-layer structure. The transmission layer is made of thermoplastic resin, the reinforcement layer is made of metal or non-metal materials, and the protection layer is made of thermoplastic resin to form a flexible composite tube. It is mainly used in land and shallow sea oil field gathering and transportation systems and is particularly suitable for the transportation of oil and gas containing H2S and CO2 medium. The pipes can be coiled for easy transport, quick installation and service life of over 20 years.
The company's management team is composed of industry experts, has a wealth of professional knowledge, a deep understanding of the application of polymer materials in the field of petrochemicals. The core team members have long-term experience in R&D, design, production, and sales at the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and internationally renowned companies. The company also employs a number of internationally renowned industry experts to take charge of product design and pipeline service life assessment and provide technical and quality assurance.
In 2015, the company passed the API17J product logo certification of the American Petroleum Institute. It is the creator of China's flexible composite pipe industry, and the unit that sets the industry standards, and its technology level is in an internationally leading position.
Since the establishment of the company, we have gained nearly 10000 kilometers of pipeline installation and operation experience in China's CNPC, CCPC and CNOOC. In 2017, our products began to enter the international market. We have achieved nearly 500 kilometers of installation and operation experience in internationally renowned oil companies such as PDVSA, ECOPETROL, PEMEX and YPF.
